For over two decades, Rajeev Kumar Pandey has shaped classrooms, careers and communities in equal measure — from teaching in local schools, to leading a team at Reliance Life Insurance, to mentoring youth through Nehru Yuwa Kendra, and now directing Subhash Public School, Noneya since 2011.
His work spans four areas he speaks and trains on regularly: helping institutions grow through structured leadership, developing staff and students alike, and championing sport as a tool for discipline and teamwork.

The school has 11+ years of glorious history. It is one of the oldest and best schools in Noneya, Paharpur (East Champaran, Bihar) — founded on 2nd April 2011, and led since then by Director Rajeev Kumar Pandey.
